End of Year Giveaway

2. Entry

2.1 The Promotion opens on the Start Date and closes on the End Date. All entries are deemed received at the time they are received by the Promoter, not at the time they are sent. Late, incomplete, or invalid entries will not be accepted.

2.2 To submit a valid entry, entrants must complete all of the following steps on the promotional Instagram post:

(a) Follow @pagointernational on Instagram at the time of entry and at the Giveaway End Date;
(b) “Like” the promotional post;
(c) Comment on the promotional post tagging one (1) unique Instagram user who is not the entrant themselves and is not a celebrity or commercial page; and
(d) Comply with all other requirements in these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 Entrants may submit multiple entries. Each additional entry must be submitted as a separate comment, and each comment must tag a different unique Instagram user.
(a) Tagging the same Instagram account more than once will count as one (1) valid entry only, regardless of comment quantity.
(b) An entrant may not tag the same individual more than once across all their comments.
(c) Multiple unique tags = multiple valid entries.

2.4 Only entries received from genuine Instagram accounts belonging to real individuals are permitted. Entrants must not create or use fake accounts, tag fake or inactive accounts, or tag public figures, celebrities, organisations, or brands. Such entries will be deemed invalid.

2.5 Entrants must ensure they remain following @pagointernational at the Giveaway End Date. Failure to do so will void all entries submitted by that entrant.
‍

2.6 By entering, entrants warrant that all information provided is true and accurate, and that tagged persons have not been tagged for malicious, inappropriate, or commercially deceptive purposes.
‍

2.7 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits ineligible tags, uses automated tools, or otherwise breaches these T&Cs.
‍

2.8 The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, Internet disruptions, misdirected entries, or platform errors outside its control.

3. Winner

3.1 This Promotion is a game of chance. One (1) Winner will be selected via a random electronic draw from all valid entries, where each valid comment tagging a unique user constitutes one (1) entry. For the avoidance of doubt, each valid comment tagging a unique Instagram user constitutes one (1) entry for the purposes of the random draw.

3.2 In order to be confirmed as the Winner, the selected entrant must:
(a) still be following @pagointernational at the Giveaway End Date and at the time of winner verification;
(b) satisfy all Eligibility Criteria; and
(c) comply with all Entry Requirements.

If they do not meet these conditions, the Prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place.

The Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message. If the is uncontactable due to their profile security settings or if the message is automatically sorted by Instagram or for any other reason the Winner does not respond or claim the Prize within seven (7) days, the Prize will be forfeited and redrawn.

3.3 The Winner must verify identity, age, and eligibility by providing a valid Australian driver’s licence when requested. The Promoter may request a statutory declaration if required. Failure to verify within seven (7) days will result in forfeiture.

‍

3.4 Where the Winner is unable to accept delivery at the nominated time, the Promoter may deem the Prize forfeited and offer it to an Alternate Winner.

‍

3.5 A redraw will take place fourteen (14) days after the initial Winner Announcement Date if required. The Alternate Winner will be notified in the same manner.

‍

3.6 All decisions of the Promoter are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into unless required by law.

‍

4. Prize

4.1 The Prize includes the full bundle of items displayed in the promotional post. Prize value may vary and the Promoter is not responsible for fluctuations between publication and redemption.
‍

4.2 The Prize does not include any products, accessories or services not expressly listed.
‍

4.3 The Winner must sign any documentation reasonably required to transfer prize ownership or release liability.
‍

4.4 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
‍

4.5 If any Prize item becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, a substitute of equal or greater value may be provided.
‍

4.6 Prize images may be illustrative only. Items fulfilled by third-party providers are supplied “as is”.
‍

4.7 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter limits its liability to:
(a) replacement of the Prize;
(b) repair of the Prize;
(c) supply of an equivalent prize; or
(d) payment of the cost of replacement, repair, or re-supply.
‍

4.8 The Winner is responsible for all tax implications and should seek independent financial advice.
‍

4.9 Except for the Pago branded product, the Prize items are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Pago International.

‍

5. Delivery of Prize

5.1 The Prize will be delivered by a third-party provider within thirty (90) days of prize acceptance, subject to these T&Cs.
‍

5.2 Prior to dispatch, the Winner must provide:
(a) full legal name;
(b) mobile contact number;
(c) a complete and accurate delivery address.
‍

5.3 Once the Prize order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed under any circumstances. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the Winner may forfeit the Prize.
‍

5.4 The Promoter is responsible for delivery risk until the Prize arrives at the Winner’s nominated address. After delivery, all responsibility transfers to the Winner.
‍

5.5 Delivery times are estimates only and may depend on third-party couriers or suppliers. The Promoter is not liable for delays beyond its control.

‍

6. General

6.1 This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and all unrelated third-party brands from all liability arising from the Promotion.

‍

6.2 The Promoter may vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion if technical difficulties, fraud, external events or other circumstances prevent proper conduct.

‍

6.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
