Improvements can be made
I bought my chair 2 weeks ago and it was really difficult to assemble the armrests as the slots did not line up and the bolts with the blue gunk around the thread makes for difficult tightening of the bolts. Also 1 washer was missing.

Very comfortable and compact
I really enjoy this chair as it has the basic features needed for a comfortable long set at a desk,. I like that it is comfortable, and can tilt, and also height adjustable. . very simple look with a comfortable backing and can fit comfortably without taking up too much room at a desk or small office.. I love it, it's stylish and practical.
