I purchased the chair in 2023. Pros: Well finished, strong, easy adjustments. Seat lift mechanism looks like it will go the distance. Good warranty. Best chair for the price I have had. Cons: Squeaking from base of chair when moving around on it. I have checked the tension on hex head screws and applied some white lithium grease on the pivot points along with silicon spray on the gas lift cylinder but the sound persists. It should be noted however, that this is a common issue for all types and brands of office chairs.

Just purchased but it is similar to my office chair. I needed a chair with good lumbar support and I like how the baxk, seat are adjustable. The arm rests can be adjusted up and down. These do not rotate round to have the option of no arm rests. So far this chair suits my needs.
