This chair caused me back pains. The mesh back is not designed very well and doesnt support your back the way it should.

I’m really disappointed with my new chair purchase. I already owned this model chair, was very happy and used it for years. Unfortunately it eventually had some problems (gas strut and arm) but because I can’t find my proof of purchase I couldn’t have it repaired under warranty (even though it would still be covered under the 15 year warranty). So I chose to buy the same chair again to replace my old one. When it was delivered I noted the new version has a narrower and flatter seat, narrower and harder arm rests and feels much less sturdy. Because it is smaller I can’t fit in it very well and found it very tight and uncomfortable. This is supposed to be the heavy duty chair!!! I’ve given it to my daughter and returned to using my broken chair until I can find an actual heavy duty chair that is more suitable.

Bought to replace chair that had simply worn out, after a few weeks it definitly lives up to its eight-hour rating, not too fiddly to assemble, and the adjustable arm rests mean things no longer rub against the desk.
