From the moment I sat in the Eris, my spine finally felt supported. This chair gets it... lumbar support that actually supports, a headrest that hugs your neck just right, and a design that looks like it belongs in my design studio. After years of working in design, I’ve sat in a lot of chairs, but this one is a game-changer. Seriously good for long creative sessions and so happy it was at a price that suited my budget.

I got this about a month ago...so far really comfortable with enough adjustments to fit how you need. I work 8 hr days and my neck and back aches have gone. I'm only 156cm tall so the lower to ground is perfect for me to put both feet flat. The armrests adjust to suit my desktop. Loving it! P.S. incentive didn't alter my feedback!
Good chair, issues with Officeworks & assembly

Chair is good, seems solid and ergonomic, HOWEVER. Buying the chair should not have been as difficult as it was, Officeworks to blame there. Online and in store. Wasted too much of my time, why complicate things? Wrong assembly instructions came with my chair. Bought Eris, got instructions for Tuti I?

Bought three of these chairs for our office. We all require different things from our chairs. One colleague required neck support. Another colleague required more width than other chairs provided, and I really like the adjustable seat. I like that you can move this forward/back. It makes me sit more ergonomically correct. They are very comfortable and light. The also maneuver very well on carpet.
