I am very happy that I bought this chair. Looking at it in the store, I was worried that the arms would not go under my desk, but the amount of adjustment meant I had no concerns. In fact just about every aspect of the chair is adjustable. I had trouble fitting the headrest but the support from Pago was excellent and we worked out how to complete the job.

I can sit in this office chair comfortably all day long and not suffer any discomfort! The chair is sturdy and very supportive, the lumbar support is great. It may be quite expensive but so worth it. The only negative is the headrest, it took so long to fit. Such a hassle, Pago must do better with the fitment. Actually, it probably is required, maybe an optional extra?

I bought this 2 weeks ago and so far so good very comfortable with great lumbar support. the one negative - the bolts supplied for the headrest are not long enough - you will need to buy some 25mm bolts from bunnings

Comfortable and sturdy office chair
"I’ve been using this chair for about a month and overall I’m very satisfied. The ergonomic design provides good back support, especially during long working hours, and the adjustable height and armrests make it easy to customize for comfort. The build feels sturdy and the wheels glide smoothly on the floor, which, for the price point, it’s an excellent choice. Definitely a good upgrade from my old chair."
High end comfort and aesthetic
I tried both the Pago Eris and the Pago Electra among other chaurs, and honestly the Eris felt the most comfortable to sit in. I bought it in the white colour, which is more of an off white / ice blue which I actually prefer over a pure white, so in addition to comfort, it looks really sleek. I was a bit afraid of having difficulty with the head rest after reading reviews, but contrary to what others have exprienced it was straight forward – you just have to be really precise about lining up where the bolts go. An almost perfect chair, I only wish the maximum height for the seat was higher to adjust to taller tables. Other than that, back, neck and arm support is supreme.
