I bought one of these chairs a couple of years ago and have been so happy with the comfort and value for money that when it was time to replace one of the other office chairs I had no hesitation in buying another one of these. The moulded cushioning is thick and dense and retains its cushiness well over time even with constant use.

I bought the Matrix II Plus High Back Heavy Duty Ergonomic Chair recently to replace a computer gaming chair I've had for about 4 years. I was starting to get a sore back after spending a lot of time on the computer shifting files & re-organising a data base. In the short time I've had the chair make back pain has gone, I believe this is due to the superior components in the Matrix11 including the very thick, supportive base & back. I would recommend this chair to all computer users.
