I brought this a couple of years ago. No issues with it - still working fine like the first day. On a personal note, I wish it was available in different sizes for those with smaller frames like mine. So many chairs these days seem to be one size to suit the largest person likely to use it which makes them a tad uncomfortable for smaller people like me. This is a criticism (rant) regarding most chairs on the market, not just this one, which I consider was the best available to meet my needs.
