I've had this chair for about two years now, and I'm still genuinely impressed. It's rare to find something that's not only functional and practical but also remains comfortable and durable over time. Every other chair I've bought from competitors has had issues — whether it's losing gas, broken wheels, or padding that quickly wears out. But this one? No problems at all. I don't usually go out of my way to recommend a chair, but in this case, I highly recommend it.

I bought this chair to replace my Matrix I chair. I mistakenly lost the receipt for that chair to take advantage of the replace the Gas-lift module (the only problem I ever had with it after 3 years) for free by submitting my purchase details. My second one!

This is my second one of this model. The first was well loved and only expired due to an overzealous/oversized relative. My cat loves to take over when I get up to make a coffee, and particularly likes how the chair swivels. Fun for all including the fur babies.
