I purchased this chair over 5 years ago to use it when I work from home and it's still in perfect order. It sometimes makes a squeaky noise when I sit on it but that's the only thing that I can think of. All mechanisms still function properly, the wheels are in tact and the material is good.

Not as cracked up as it’s marketing. The gas lift has failed and has a slow leak. Granted, this is after a few years but of light home use. It’s relatively comfortable but not for all day sitting.

Have now had the chair over a year and continues to provide great support and comfort to a variety of users given it is located with an office hot desk. It has also lasted the many different shapes and sizes of personnel that use it without displaying any real signs of wear & tear.
