Great chair only find one issue with it, the foot ring could use a better system to lock into position.

Great Chair, very happy, thank you! 😀 Just one improvement I think would be nice. Something to grab your hand on to make it easier to move in and out from the table, and move around.

I had been searching for a strut for this chair online with no luck and even tried a similar J Burrows strut but it was too short. I finally found branding on the chair so I reached out to Pago and spoke to Paul @ Pago International in regards to the strut issue I was having. He asked for some photos and within literally 2 emails I received a fantastic outcome which had been an issue for me for some time. I only wish I had contacted them sooner. Paul gave me very prompt and professional replies to my emails. This is what customer service truly is. Would highly recommend them for future purchases. Well done Paul and Pago International, keep up the great work!
