I’ve had my office chair for about six years. I’m a journalist working from home, so solid time in the chair. The last year I’ve noticed the lift slipping a bit. I reached out to Pago, and was astounded to learn it had a 15 year warranty! They shipped a replacement lift within days, with simple swap-out instructions. Perfect ‘new’ chair!

I bought this chair a few years ago and it has held up really well since then. The chair itself is comfortable and I love how adjustable it is. The lack of armrests means that the chair can slide easily underneath a desk, which is useful for saving space.
