I have just purchased this chair and i absolutely love it. Its so comfortable and easy to put together. I was a bit concerned about purchasing it as people have said the back is flimsy. However if you read the instructions and put the chair together correctly you will find that that it is very comfortable and easy to adjust. Definitely worth the money !

I purchased this chair on 18 October 2021 and found it easy and quick to assemble and set up on my own, following the instructions and the video. I found the controls easy to adjust and am totally satisfied with this chair. It is comfortable, at the height I need, and good back support.

I just bought this chair from Wilson after the helpful guy took it to the counter for me. I am completely unco with furniture assembly. Having said that I have sat on office chairs in offices for 20+ years. I followed the generic picture instructions then sat on it- only to find the front of the seat was angled forward and the tiniest amount of lean on the mesh at the backrest, made it completely move. Ugh! I watched the video tutorial and the lady had screws and washers- ugh! I didn’t have any in my box after checking 3 times and the front of the box says ‘no tools assembly’- ugh! I called the store and got the same helpful guy on the phone. Every office chair I’ve ever sat on has the seat tilt being activated by releasing the lever then pushing it up to lock it in place. This one is the reverse- to lock the seat angle in place you leave the lever down- weird, but the guy figured that out for me because there was no instructions that said it was in reverse. The mesh back now holds perfectly as it did on the demo one in store. He was helpful enough to offer to organise to have the assembly people come and fix it but his instructions meant I didn’t need it. He mentioned that he will look into getting the older video mentioning screws and washers deleted seeing it’s no longer relevant to the current Pago Matrix chair. I hope the seat continues to be comfortable. The only thing I would change at this point after looking for a new office chair for weeks and in a grey colour specifically, is have it available in more colours the way they do their other office chairs. It only seems to come in black- however any shade of grey or white would’ve been nice as everything in my unit is various shades of grey, white and dusty pink and this chair is the only black thing in the whole place which really stands out lol.
