I compared a lot of ergonomic chairs before buying the Pago Pinnacle from Officeworks and didn’t want to compromise on comfort or support. It strikes a great balance. The lumbar support is firm but comfortable, the mesh back is breathable, and the seat stays comfortable during longer sessions. The adjustments are practical and easy to fine-tune. For the price, I think it offers excellent value. After all the comparing, I’m very happy with the decision.

Proper support for bigger frames
As a heavier bloke dealing with chronic lower back pain, I’ve gone through a fair few chairs trying to find something that actually supports me properly , this one does. The standout is the lower lumbar support. It’s firm enough to hold your posture without feeling like it’s digging into your back, which is usually the issue I’ve had with softer chairs. The mesh back helps keep things breathable, especially during long sits, and it doesn’t sag under weight like cheaper options. Seat base is wide and stable, which makes a big difference if you’re carrying a bit more size no feeling of tipping or pressure points on the hips. The headrest is a nice addition too, takes strain off the upper back and neck when leaning back. After a full day sitting, I’ve noticed less stiffness in the lower back compared to my old chair. It’s not a miracle cure, but it genuinely reduces the daily discomfort. If you’re a bigger guy or dealing with ongoing back issues, this is a solid option that actually delivers proper support where it matters.

I’ve been using the Pago Pinnacle Ergonomic Mesh Chair for a few weeks now, and while it has some solid features, it hasn’t completely lived up to my expectations—especially considering the price point. Pros:. Good Ergonomic Adjustability: The chair offers a decent range of adjustments—height, armrests, lumbar support, and seat depth. It definitely helps maintain better posture during long hours at the desk. Breathable Mesh: The mesh material on both the back and seat keeps things cool and prevents overheating, which is a plus if you tend to sit for extended periods. Modern Look: The chair has a clean, minimalist design that fits well in a professional or home office setting. Cons:. Seat Comfort Lacking: The mesh seat is too firm for my liking. After a couple of hours, it starts to feel uncomfortable, and there's not enough padding to support longer work sessions without some discomfort. Assembly Instructions Could Be Better: The instructions weren’t very intuitive. It took more time than expected to put everything together, and I had to double-check a few steps. Value for Money? While the chair is functional, I expected more comfort and refinement at this price. There are competing chairs with better cushioning and similar adjustability for a similar or lower cost.

Bought this chair during COVID. I have used it pretty continuously (4 days a week) and find it comfortable and adequately adjustable.

I bought this chair a few weeks ago after a chair of many years broke. This chair is unbelievably comfortable and supportive of my lower back. It was easy to put together and has all the comfort needed. Considering the price, I was not expecting the chair to be this great. Worth getting if you can get your hands on it
