The chair itself is comfortable with many adjustments, back mesh is more comfortable than i thought but a few issues. The head rest and right arm rest will collapse if you lean you weight on them, many runners I've had a scare leaning my elbow on the right armrest when suddenly it collapses but the main issue is is quality of the base itself - within less than a year it started ripping and has continued to get worse. It's just over 3 years old now in these photos so not too bad but not four years. I assume the vwarranty point applies to mechanical parts and not padding/ covers like this
