I bought this a month ago and it’s been fantastic. So comfortable, especially for sitting at all day. Also very easy to assemble.

Great product, bad instructions.
I bought this from Officeworks. It's a great product and all but the assembly was a pain due to the provided instructions. I usually have no problem with IKEA products, but that's because the instructions as usual quite clear such as left, right, number coding and what not to do. Your instructions don't do this, when I think it could be easily done. Please see image below of my suggestions to your instructions. Also having someone prevented from leaving a review due to using adblockers made me have to submit this twice. That's really not a good incentive to get people to leave reviews...
