Light, comfortable, and attractive

This is the best office chair I've ever owned. I am surprised by how secure and steady it feels considering how light it is. Simple, curved, understated, but still with its own personality. The soft backing - which comes from design rather than stuffing - has been great for my back already. Very quick and straightforward to assemble.

After many years using an ex-government office chair in our home study, and at least once replacing the gas-height support cylinder, I had had enough. So, knowing that my wife purchased a chair from our local Office Works a year or so ago and is very pleased with it, we again visited Office Works this time looking for a new office chair for me. I focused on the same type of chair my wife purchased, but wanted to explore a coloured option rather than the general black colour chair. Although there were no coloured Pago chairs on display (apart from black), and after seeking advice from one of the helpful but very busy staff, I selected the option of purchasing an olive green chair in separate boxes and assembling the chair myself at home. This took only a few minutes and I'm now enjoying a much superior chair - so comfortable and supportive, many adjustments and it looks great. Thank you Office Works and Pago.

Great chair, slight flaws in manufacturing

Purchased this today as found the display chair comfortable in Officeworks. Found a few flaws while assembling: firstly, the instructions included are for a different chair so we had to look ours up online. Secondly, there were some stains on the seat (which were more obvious on the white chair), chips on both armrests, and marks on the other parts which shouldn’t be there for a brand new product straight out of the box. Time will tell the quality but glad there is a 10 year warranty. Adjustable headrests and armrests which are easy to work.

Cracker chair!

I bought this chair, 2.5 years ago and homie is in perfect shape. I use it regularly and the cushioning is still perfectly in tact, no slouch in sight. I do wish I could make it a different colour. But apart from that, it’s the perfect and comfortable chair! Also easy to put together I should’ve mentioned.

Great for work

I work in a warehouse and have a sit stand desk. I love this chair as I'm tall and it raises higher than a normal desk chair and I can have my desk at a higher height which is easier for me to get up from. It is a very comfortable chair for its price range. Highly recommended

Fantastic for back and hip problems.

After months of back and hip pain with disc degeneration, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, dual hip bursitis and hip tondonosis I finally decided to take the leap and get a quality office chair so I can be comfortable no matter where I am and to prevent further damage to my back. I have been sitting on it for literally one day and I am already in considerably less pain than I have been for months. Don't look for a cheaper alternative because there is no substitute for the quality of this product. It is quite literally a chair that you can adapt to your needs no matter what they are. I have been waking up in tears for so long I just can't handle the pain anymore and I'm so sorry I didn't buy this chair sooner. I highly recommend it. Incentivised review ir not thus product is worth the investment.

Great back support for long periods at the desk

Purchases my chair one month ago, this is my second chair and couldn't be happier. Very versatile chair which can used with and without arms rests, great for back support as I have back issues and have had back surgery, and I am able to sit at my desk for long periods of time

Amazing Build Quality

What attracted me most to the chair was the build quality. There are no annoying creaks when you move around, and all the handles and mechanisms feel substantial and weighty. I found myself sliding around on faux leather chairs all day, so far the Pago allows me to keep good posture without much effort by keeping me in place. The lumbar support while not adjustable is very well positioned.

Good quality chair and quick to assemble. Video guides were extremely helpful on use and assembly. My daughter loves the feel and support of the chair as she often complains of back problems. Adjustments are nice and simple to opearate. Warranty is awesome too.

I bought this today and started enjoying it straight away! Great chair for 8 hours plus.

I got this about a month ago...so far really comfortable with enough adjustments to fit how you need. I work 8 hr days and my neck and back aches have gone. I'm only 156cm tall so the lower to ground is perfect for me to put both feet flat. The armrests adjust to suit my desktop. Loving it! P.S. incentive didn't alter my feedback!

I shopped around for a study chair. This was by far the best value for money ergonomic chair. Super comfy and highly adjustable.

Tricky to assemble but worth the effort

Sat in all the chairs at Officeworks as this one was the winner by far. It was a bit tricky to put together with the hardest bolts ever to screw in, but once assembled it is worth it. Tutorial videos online were great too. I spend 8 hours a day at my desk so I needed a very comfy ergonomic chair.

Purchased this yesterday for my work from home station. Easy to put together and lovely thick base on the seat for comfort. Dimensions on item pictures let me know it would go low enough to be able to fit under my desk height with me on the chair. Easy click and collect process online at Officeworks, been using it all day so far and much better than my previous chair!

Amazing service

I bought this chair in 2019 and it has been faultless until recently when the gas lift cylinder failed. When I contacted Pago they honoured the 10 year warranty and put a replacement in the mail the same day.

Easy to assemble and super comfortable
