Most comfortable office chair I have ever used !

I am a stout person. The seat base and adjustable height suit me perfectly. Love the tilt and tilt control mechanism. Adjustable and pivoting arm rests come in very handy when used it in different locations or just at meetings. The wheels glide easily over the 3 floor types in my office. It was such an easy assembly, not too many pieces with the tools provided.

Good chair for long day work

I like this has thick cushion yet still firm enough for support. It has most of the adjustment required to be comfortable. This is probably the best chair from office works. More prominent lumber support would be great.

Back Saviour

I bought this chair early in COVID times to replace a chair that destroyed my back. The Enduro was comfortable, even after 8 hours at the desk every day. Five years in and the chair is still going strong. My only downside is that the padding on the arm rests has torn (thus the 4 star review), so my armrests are slowly disintegrating.

Sturdy and great back support

I bought this chair over a year ago for work and study. I have done extremely long hours at my desk and this chair has been fantastic. Solid back support, fully adjustable to match height of desk. Reliable, sturdy investment.

Style , comfort and reliability sums it up

I purchased the matrix 2 years ago it has not failed me and looks as the day I bought it .

Decent Value for Money but Quality Not Quite There

The chair is reasonably comfortable and decent value for money. Unfortunately there is a but, I have had to return the first chair because it wouldn't hold its height adjustment and the second chair is now doing the same. the 10 year warranty is good tho, first time no problems with anew chair. This time I will seek money back and buy a more upmarket chair probably from Pago.

Reliable office chair for work from home

I purchased this chair over 5 years ago to use it when I work from home and it's still in perfect order. It sometimes makes a squeaky noise when I sit on it but that's the only thing that I can think of. All mechanisms still function properly, the wheels are in tact and the material is good.

Made to last and great for back support

I’ve my chair now for many months and have been working from home, so using it everyday. I used to constantly suffer from bad backs with other seats but since owning this chair, I haven’t had any days with a sore back. In fact, it’s more comfortable to sit in than my lounge chair. It’s held up well and has given me no issues. The rollers glide nicely and don’t mark my timber flooring. The chair has also with held my cat jumping up from behind the chair and sitting around my neck. Great chair, great value. Highly recommend!

GAS STRUT PROBLEM OTHERWISE GREAT CHAIR
