Backrest causing pain

This chair has many great features however they are all outweighed by how uncomfortable the backrest is. I am unable to find any position that does not dig into my back and cause me pain. If only using the chair for a very short time the backrest can feel supportive. However when using it for longer the way it presses against my back feels much more painful than supportive. I would not say it is suitable for 8+ hours of use as claimed. This is very disappointing especially considering the high price point.

Super Comfortable

We did a lot of research before buying a chair and we are very happy with the Pago Sky. Kai the Pago Customer Support guy was amazing, so glad we contacted him as Officeworks were less than helpful. The chair arrived promptly and was easy to assemble and set up, so much better than the last chair. We would highly recommend Pago products, in particular the Sky.

Great chair

Very comfortable and makes a nice change to black or grey chairs. I just wish it could go I little higher! Otherwise it’s a great chair

If you want a chair that is comfortable, supportive, and can be fully adjusted. This is the chair for you. Soft on the backside and nice comfortable mesh back that supports extremely well. I highly recommend this.

I bought this chair for working from home during lockdown and the 15 year guarantee is amazing. I let them know the manufacturer know that the gas lift had stopped working and they sent a replacement super quickly and were excellent in communicating with me.

Great chair and value

Have been using the chair for the past several days and I must admit it is one of the most comfortable chairs that I have sat on. In my old office, the chair I used was 3 times the price and fitted for me.. I can honestly say, the Pago chair is much more comfortable and has the ergonomic adjustments needed. What I particularly like is the lumber adjustment. I have a troubled back and it provides adequate support. I would highly recommend this chair.

Initial Impressions - Great Buy!

I’m writing this sitting in my newly assembled chair and while I’m aware that it takes a good amount of months to properly assess if an office chair is the one for you, I’ll admit that I’m very impressed so far!

 Searching for a good office chair online is pretty intimidating, but one of the first things that eased my concerns was Pago’s 15 year warranty. It’s nice to see that a company has such great faith in their products, and was a big contributor to my decision to buy.
 In terms of setup, no hassles at all. Instructions are clear, components are simple. No need for other assistance!

 Overall comfort after sitting for 30 mins is fantastic. I weigh about 110KG, and this chair is rated for 130KG. The chair handles my weight easily, and doesn’t squeak when leaning back and moving around. It’s quite a nice, smooth experience. 

I’ve seen a few negative reviews regarding the comfort of this chair, and while I understand that different people require different chairs, I highly recommend watching the video about how this chair can be adjusted for a more comfortable and ergonomic experience. I’ve adjusted it to my preferences, and the experience is fantastic. My only small (very small) gripe is that (for understandable reasons) the arm rest components are clearly the same as the “charcoal” model, which was unavailable for me to buy when making my decision. It would be nice to have ash grey coloured arm-rests, but this is just a small issue.

 Overall, fantastic chair. Affordable and comfortable! Very happy with my purchase.
