I bought this chair a few years back. It's been good. The only slightly annoying thing is, sometimes it slips down when I'm sitting in it & I have to grab the lever & pull it back up to the right height. Otherwise, it's been a stylish addition to my office.

Great comfy office chair

We have had these chairs for 3 years now, and had an issue with the gas strut last week - the customer service was brilliant, a new gas strut and instructions to fit it were sent within 2 days. We love our chairs, they are comfy and we love the adjustability of them.

Comfortable chair!

Great chair. I have only had it about a couple of weeks and it is great. Back support, especially lower is fantastic. The only thing I could say is that the back frame/support already squeaks when it moves which is a bit annoying but otherwise all good!

Comfortable and practi home office chair

Have had the chair over two and a half years. Unlike other makes I have had is still in great condition, ergonomically has been great. Would recommend as good value.

Have had this chair for over four years now, as a Uni student I use this every day to do any of my work at home, as well as just generally for playing games, drawing - any activity where I'm sitting in my room. Very comfortable, and negligible deterioration since buying. I also recall the price being quite fair when I bought (I bought it as it was a cheap option) and got a remarkably good chair.

No issues with this chair

As I do a lot of work at home, this gets used a lot, and its build quality can't be faulted. It has lasted a long time, and the gas lift is still fine, it doesn't slowly sink like I've known some chairs to do.

Useful features at an affordable price

I bought this chair over a year ago and it has been quite comfortable to use. I had to change the gas cylinder after about 10 months and it was sent to me free. It was easy to replace and since then the chair has not had any problems.. It is quite comfortable for use over a few hours at a time (about 4 -5 hours) and provides good back support. Easy to keep clean with minimal fuss.
