Over 3 years on and still comfy!

I've had this chair for over 3 years and it is still in almost exactly the same condition. No wonder Pago offers such a long warranty on it. Just had an issue with a saggy gas lift but they sent me a replacement part. The warranty process was simple and no fuss. This supplier offers outstanding product quality and after sales service. Very highly recommended!
