Bought two of these - looked solid, felt stable. So easy to assemble and set up. Adjustments are also so easy - quite the beautiful office chair.

Comfortable!

Admittedly I only just purchased this so cannot speak for the longevity, however based on its reviews and the feedback from the store sales person, I expect it will last. The 15 years gives peace of mind also. From comments I've seen Pago have a pretty good customer service if needed. My experience with this chair so far has been great. Packaged carefully, feels quality, easy to assembly and is very comfortable to sit on. It has been rated for 8+ hours which was important to me as I'm sitting down lots for work. Am very happy with this chair.

Great chair for back support

I got this chair for work and is great at supporting your lumbar. The synchro mechanism makes it great to recline and keeps a good posture.

Every customisable option, great comfort!

As a new remote worker chair comfort became quickly a priority and when sifting through the options and not exactly knowing what I wanted, this chair with its litany of options to customise has met my needs perfectly. Ability to move chair height, tilt, lumbar adjustment and then with its comfort, perfect for me as I learn what I need!

I had an issue with the gas lift on an office chair. I contacted Pago and Kai G was very fast and efficient, and he arranged for the part to be sent out that day. The chair is a mesh back Office chair, 7 years old and has performed well, and is comfortable. Thank you again Kai. You are an asset to the company.
