Comfy chair but foot rest wont stay up

I moved into a house where the office desk was higher than standard. I purchased this chair to give me the extra length I required. It's a great chair. Super comfortable. The only issue is that I have to climb up on it a bit because of the height (I'm 165cm) and unfortunately no matter how tight I lock in the round foot rest, it always slides down by mid morning. It's a great quality chair though besides that one issue.

I bought this a few days ago for the office and it took about 3 minutes to assemble. Very comfortable.

I bought this recently to work from home. It is fantastic and I think better than my in office chair that I am sure cost a great deal more. Love the mess back as it is comfortable and keeps you cool.

Great chair and great support

I am very happy that I bought this chair. Looking at it in the store, I was worried that the arms would not go under my desk, but the amount of adjustment meant I had no concerns. In fact just about every aspect of the chair is adjustable. I had trouble fitting the headrest but the support from Pago was excellent and we worked out how to complete the job.

A perfect allrounder.

I bought this chair after having major back surgery, I work at home multiple times a week and wanted something that would be comfortable for my return to work. This chair has been so comfortable and I feel so supported. My husband is a gamer and taller than me so we wanted a chair that would support me during the day and he could modify for when he was gaming.
