Good chair, has room for improvement

It's a comfortable and ergonomic chair, but has it's flaws. Highly adjustable, with a gas lift that goes down low enough, 4D arm rests, great lumbar support adjustments, seat forward/backwards adjustment, easy handle to lock and unlock tilt and adjust it's resistance. It has an overall premium feel, with a 10 year warranty. Unfortunately it has a few downsides. The chair cushion isn't thick enough, and you can sometimes feel yourself bottoming out at certain sitting positions (I am 77kg). My tailbone would appreciate a few more centimetres of thickness. The 4D arm rests adjustability is too loose, and moves around with the slightest of touches, I wish there was some hidden screw which allowed adjusting resistance, since the tilt resistance is adjustable. The arm rests also tilts together with the chair (because it has a synchronous tilt mechanism) so they're only horizontal at the most upright sitting position, which means that's the only position that's ergonomic for your wrists. Overall, still happy with the purchase, but wish it has a more luxurious comfort (thicker seat cushion).

Love the colour!

A great comfortable chair, which is exactly what I needed to do craft work. The recessed arms allow for closeness to my desk without being stuck under it when I move.

Great features

Had tried a few chairs but nothing compares to the Matrix Mesh deluxe. Sitting for 8 hours a day now feels like a breeze. No more back pain or discomfort.

So good we are buying another one.

We bought this a month ago and it has been a saviour for our hectic home office. We love it so much we are fighting over who gets to sit in it so we are heading down to Officeworks tomorrow to buy another.

OK but noisy

the chair is fine but if i move or wriggle when sitting on it, it makes a loud creaking sound.
