The chair

The chair is comfortable but there are a couple of things that I dislike. The seat base slides forward slightly – jolts every time I sit down and rest my back against the back rest. I have adjusted the adjustable seat depth, but the issue remains. Also, the chair is a little rigidity when sitting as there is movement between the base and the seat where the shaft connects the two.

All good, nice and good . However, if the legs of the chair are made of steal or metal, It will be better than plastic.

I had

I had been searching for a strut for this chair online with no luck and even tried a similar J Burrows strut but it was too short. I finally found branding on the chair so I reached out to Pago and spoke to Paul @ Pago International in regards to the strut issue I was having. He asked for some photos and within literally 2 emails I received a fantastic outcome which had been an issue for me for some time. I only wish I had contacted them sooner. Paul gave me very prompt and professional replies to my emails. This is what customer service truly is. Would highly recommend them for future purchases. Well done Paul and Pago International, keep up the great work!

Chair is

Chair is OK. Disappointed the cylinder failed so quickly, but the after sales service was great. the instructions to replace the cylinder were good. The back rest is also fairly sensitive and needs regular adjustment.

During lockdown

During lockdown I thought I would invest in a great office chair - this chair was the best decision I made! Couldn't recommend enough!

I have

I have been using my Pago Enduro chair for 6 month now. I cannot believe what a difference it has made to my life - definitely the best chair I have ever sat on.

We fitted

We fitted out all 10 Chalets with new furniture. Bench seat, table and chairs. Guests have commented how comfortable they are, with enough rom without being squashed into the chair, having arm rests make them easy to relax in while watching the birds and enjoying the view.

I find

I find my chair very comfortable and gives me the support I need for my back. I am very happy with my chair.

I find

I find the looseness of the arms not to my expectations, they move a small amount in a horizontal direction which makes them feel as though they need tightening up somewhere, but I can see no way of resolving the problem at this point. Otherwise the chair does exactly as I want and is very comfortable.
