I’ve had my office chair for about six years. I’m a journalist working from home, so solid time in the chair. The last year I’ve noticed the lift slipping a bit. I reached out to Pago, and was astounded to learn it had a 15 year warranty! They shipped a replacement lift within days, with simple swap-out instructions. Perfect ‘new’ chair!

Great chair, great price. Recommended for shorties

I'm starting a new work-from-home job and needed a good quality ergonomic chair. I'm short, not young and have some lower back "fun" that comes with being "not young". I was worried I couldn't afford one but I went to OfficeWorks and did a lot (A LOT) of sit tests on a lot of chairs. This chair was the only one that ticked all my boxes and was actually comfortable for me... ...and the price was a pleasant surprise.

Value for money

Very value for money purchase. I am quite picky with the chairs I use because of my height (160cm), but this kind of checks the boxes.

Comfortable & Reliable - long term review

I bought Matrix Mesh Deluxe Heavy Duty Chair during covid and have been using it for last 4 years. Simply put, it is the most reliable piece in my home office setup. Its easy to setup and adjust. The backrest moves too easily when gripped from top but its easy to put it back to my most comfortable setting. I have never had any issues with my back even after long working days. Back support attracts dust so it needs regular cleaning. But it hasn't shown any signs of wear in last 4 years so can't complain. Highly recommend adding this to your home office setup.

I had researched and tried many chairs and this chair is superior by a huge amount, not only is the assembly easy, it feels really well constructed and quality components used. The chair has many ways to adjust which makes it far better than others out there, it’s comfortable for long stretches of time and feels supportive, durable and looks sleek especially in white and grey. There’s no creaks or noises, the wheels are quiet and smooth, overall one of the nicest desk chairs I’ve ever had and I was initially worried about the price and whether it was worth it and I can say with certainty it’s totally worth it and actually feels like good value for money!

Amazing study chair!

I got this chair a while ago for studying at home and I’m so happy with it. The adjustable features and comfortable seat are great and I can’t wait to keep using it.
