Love the wheels, they glide a lot better than the traditional ones. The chair is not as comfortable as my old pago and had a defect when arrived but I couldn’t be bothered to return

Very comfortable chair. Quiet and smooth glide over tiled floor. I use when working from home twice a week and I find I can use it all day (8 hours) without discomfort. It is very supportive for back, lumbar, and seat. Absolutely recommend this chair for anyone needing to work from home.
