Armests point outwards from chair instead of being vertical at a 90 degree angle, not useable for me especially as I need to adjust the height up which just moves them further outwards so I can't reach them.

These are the 3rd pago armrests I have tried in the search for a match with my pago chair. These are the best of the three but are still not perfect, and for the price I feel they should be. These are a lot straighter from the chair base though not at a full right angle though but do not slant as widely out as the others. I understand some people may like the slant but just not for me. These adjust up and down which are great and the rest themselves rotate inwards and outwards also. This makes the top rests wobbly though which is annoying however I actually like them on an inward turn as its great for my right arm elbow when I'm using the mouse as it can sit on it like this. All in all I think Pago needs to take a relook at their armrest range. If anything they need to be more descriptive on their website and have better pictures showing the armrests on the chairs to avoid the pain I've had (Think 360' picture). Better yet have some displays available in store to see and try also.
