Matrix Advance (With Arms)

After having bought four different Pago office chairs over the last two years, I find they are not comfortable. Not only that, they seem to gradually drop in height or the back moves slightly by itself with a cracking noise. Yes, I can hear Pago saying they are great chairs and they have sold thousands and they have a five year warranty. Big deal, I won’t be buying another one and I wouldn’t recommend them. On the other hand, a big thankyou to the Officeworks staff who are sympathetic and understanding when I return the chairs.

I was hoping this chair would have lasted more than 2 years. The Back started releasing itself followed by it not being able to remain in an upright locked position. There was a loud crack when this happened. I'm only 75kg and based on previous office chairs this has been the least reliable. It has been comfortable enough while it was working.

I find the matrix Advance Medium Back ideal for working from home. Comfortable throughout my long days everyday. Don't need the arms as bad for posture. Lasted several years and when the foam wore out went and bought the same model.
