Set up today to work from home. Very comfortable and was easy to assemble.

I bought this and this has definitely helped with my back problem and allows me to sit on it for hours on end

I have had a heavy duty office chair which lasted more than 15 years which was one of many surplus chairs given away from a call centre where I worked. Once it wore out, I fell into the trap of buying a cheap special chair. Functional but it lacked support so I decided to invest in quality again. Impressed with the demo model on display of the Pago Matrix medium heavy duty black computer chair, I made my purchase in January 2023. Within a month, the comfort level didn't change, but the amount of movement and noise did. I couldn't sit in the chair and even shift my weight slightly without the chair clunking and creaking like there was something seriously wrong with it. Not liking noisy office chairs, I returned it with the receipt and the store gladly exchanged it for another one. Perfectly quiet on day one, day two and it is already beginning to make some tell tale noises like it will head the same way as the first one did. If I have to take it back there will not be a third replacement. This is not a good run. Not even the cheap chair was noisy, it was just uncomfortable.
