I bought the Matrix Advance Medium Back Heavy Duty Chair (Black) approx. 3 weeks ago. The chair performs as expected, is easily adjustable for me and other family members to use. The chair is comfortable for long stretches in the office.

I've had this chair for more than two years and continue to use it daily. It's my go-to when I know I'm going to need to stay put for a while and honestly, I don't even think about it during that time, it's that good at doing its job! I'm 5 foot and found it the best of the options for my height, and even better, it was one of the best value. I couldn't quite believe that so I kept retrying more expensive chairs, but this won!

I bought this chair a few years back. It's been good. The only slightly annoying thing is, sometimes it slips down when I'm sitting in it & I have to grab the lever & pull it back up to the right height. Otherwise, it's been a stylish addition to my office.
