Admittedly I only just purchased this so cannot speak for the longevity, however based on its reviews and the feedback from the store sales person, I expect it will last. The 15 years gives peace of mind also. From comments I've seen Pago have a pretty good customer service if needed. My experience with this chair so far has been great. Packaged carefully, feels quality, easy to assembly and is very comfortable to sit on. It has been rated for 8+ hours which was important to me as I'm sitting down lots for work. Am very happy with this chair.
