Pago Pinnacle

I love this chair! It's my second purchase from Pago and they never disappoint! Not only is the Pinnacle chair comfortable and stylish in my home office, but it is so easy and quick to assemble.

Not ideal for older people

I bought this chair for my mum (63) to use in her home office however made the mistake of not trying it first. The base is very firm for a long sitting chair and the back while looking nice with the mesh is shaped in a way that forces you to lean forward if you're not used to the shape, I guess. The only way to get it comfortable was to recline the back but then the headrest is too far away. We'll be taking it back to get a refund for something more comfortable for her to sit in.

No completely satisfied but good value I guess?

I decided to get this chair as a replacement for my current non-ergonomic chair. It is a little pricy but cheaper than the high-end ergonomic chairs available out there. The main issue I have with this chair is the arm rests that I had to remove since they hit my desk when trying to move into position, but this defeats the elbow/arm/wrist ergonomics this chair is supposed to provide. The armrests adjust up and down, forwards, and backwards but still don’t work for me at the level I want them to, hence I had to remove them. The headrest is also a bit useless as it sits too far back, and the adjustment doesn’t hold its position when I rest my head on it. It pushes back to the default position. Other than that, the chair is comfy to sit on for long hours of working and playing. I like crossing my legs which isn’t ergonomic either, but his chair allows it with or without the armrests.

Very comfy chair

I bought this chair a few weeks ago because I’ve started a job working from home 9+ hours a day. The back support is great and I find my shoulders are supported well too. The arm rests are perfect height and also adjustable up and down and also can swivel the arm rests towards you or away from you. My favourite part of the chair is how it reclines back. It’s perfect for stretching out your back or even just lying back for a quick break/nap

Comfortable with a poor buuod quality

I bought this chair about 6 or so months from writing this review. It suited me very well, barring the headrest being a bit uncomfortable. I have to say it was a very good fit for my home office and quitr comfortable. However, as of about 3 weeks ago, the staples that hold the back mesh to the chair have begun to fall out on the left side, completely compromising the structural integrity of the chair's backing and making it impossible for me to sit comfortably. I can't in good conscious recommend anyone buy a chair that promises a decades long lifespan but self-destructs from the pressure of a human spine after 6 months.

This base fits the Bathurst Gaming Chair

I couldn't find any info on whether this Pago chair base would fit my Bathurst Gaming Chair (which I love) but after years of use, a wheel broke off. Once that happens, they are not really repairable (not a repair that lasts any length of time). So I purchased the Pago base and hoped for the best, and the great news is that they are compatible. Whilst it was difficult to remove the broken base (search YouTube for the best methods) it was very easy to insert the new base into the top part of the chair.

Really Comfy!

I bought this in a hurry, as I was working from home unexpectedly (and the chair I was using wasn't cutting it). I placed the order in the morning, and it was ready for collection about an hour later. It was relatively easy to put together, and really comfortable. Would recommend!

Comfortable for long periods

My office manager purchased this for me after having back issues with the regular chairs. Three months in it's been very good so far with no major complaints. At 192cm and 95kg's this caters fine to my height and girth, we'll see how it holds up over a couple of years though. It took around 4 weeks for the seat cushioning to lose its stiffness. This isn't a bad thing at all, at first it didn't have much give and it was a bit too firm. I wouldn't get one of these for my home office as it promotes too good of a posture. You won't be reclining watching a movie or gaming for hours as it's not that type of chair. The mesh back has minimal give, over time it may deteriorate on the stitching but that's only speculative. If you want a reasonable quality high back chair with plenty of adjustment options this is suitable. Does the job well for a taller person.
