I've given this a two star rating because for an Aussie made chair, by an Aussie-owned company, I expected more. The main reason for my disappointment is that no matter how many times I try to unscrew and reconfigure this, I simply cannot get the Left armrest's gap between its base and the chair, to mirror that of the Right armrest's gap between its base and the chair. Please see photos. I've tried to show both the Left and Right gap discrepancy as well as my efforts to ensure that the bases of each arm have been screwed in as far apart/away as possible from the seat. I am not sure what is going on here but I reckon its due to the armrests' screw holes being strongly oval-shaped instead of perfectly rounded which is causing the screws themselves to 'slack' out of place whilst being tightened. I think that if Pago engineered the arms with rounded screw-holes that it would take the guesswork and hassle out of not only installing the arms, but also being optimally aligned with the design of the base and backrest. Lastly, whilst this is not the end of the world, there is a small dent on the back of the chair that I am simply not happy with. Such a tough chair should not come with one, even if delivered with very little care. Please see photo.

Great Chair but cautious about the warrantee

Chair was easy and quick to put together. It's comfortable to sit in for hours at a time and encourages good posture. Lots of adjustments to get it just right. The chair comes with a 15 year warrantee if you register online, which I did twice but no confirmation email back as promised.

Comfortable

Bought this a few weeks ago to wfh and it's great. Easy to build, good quality and comfortable during hot days. The base is wide enough for me to cross my legs aswell. Only downside is that it is too tall for my 5"2 body so I've had to order a footrest to go with.

Amazing chair

I was looking for pink chair and found this one. I was hesitant because I have never had a chair as expensive as this one. My previous chair was from a well known brand, while it was good, it was for someone taller than me. I am 161cm and this chair is perfect. I can finally have chair arms as they are fully adjustable. It is so padded, so comfortable and looks amazing!

Strong and well built

I purchased the chair six months ago and the base kit wheels still work like new. One advantage of the wide base is you can rest your feet on them, providing alternative leg positions after long hours of sitting and working in front of a screen. I can honestly recommend this product as being sturdy and well built.

Very comfortable

I chose this chair because I am only 152cm tall and it was one of the few that seemed to cater for shorter people like me. I wasn't that keen on "pink" but actually, once in the home office, it doesn't shout "pink" but just blends in, probably better than a black one. It is very comfortable on the bum and back, just taking me a while to decide which height to go for.

Uncomfortable with incorrect specifications

Shapeless back and lack of lumbar support: I tried to add lumbar support but it just doesn’t work with this chair. My lower back becomes sore and stiff after long periods of sitting. Seat cushion is quite firm. Incorrect seat height: the seat height is too tall for me. Specifications indicate 450mm min seat height but this is incorrect, my chair is about 465cm. Other 450mm min seat height chairs have been fine. FYI I am 160cm tall. Pretty disappointing. I bought the old grey colour on clearance.

Sufficient

It seems comfortable but time will tell. I wouldn't recommend for arthritis sufferers. The wheels took some brute force but everything else slipped together easily, except here should have been 3 M8/20 screws but there was only 2 (plus the 6 M6/35 and one erroneous M6/20)
