backrest to the side

i have tried a lot of office / gaming chairs and haven't been comfortable for long periods this one seems to be the best fit for me out of everything else i have tried. In regards to the title review I don't know if the 2 chairs that i have gotten and the display at my local office works are faulty but the backrests are too the left a little bit surely they aren't designed like that?

All round great chair

I bought this a month ago to replace a ratty old chair that I had and it has probably been my single greatest purchase in my life.

Ok for Short Periods

I’ve had this chair for roughly 2 years, purchased initially for study room and to use 2-3 hours a day. Since working from home during this COVID period I wouldn’t recommend for work-home office. It has no head/neck support which doesn’t seem like an issue at first but after a few hours it’s not great. The back mesh has gained a lot of slack and me weighing only 55kg, well.. that’s pretty poor quality. I’ve had to purchase a foam backing so my spine doesn’t scrap against the metal. The back rest also swivels which also causes some back pain. The features are great, but I think they cut a few corners with the back rest. It’s good for someone who doesn’t sit for long periods but DO NOT purchase for working from home. Even utilising a sit stand desk won’t resolve the back pain I get from this chair.

Basic Office Chair

Very easy to put together, Nothing special just a standard office chair. Would use it all day.

Avoid this chair.

My company bought this chair for me a month ago and I can honestly say it's the worst office chair I've had in 20 years of office work. The primary feature of the chair, it's back support, does not stay up. It's adjustable, but this is pointless, as it does not maintain its position. I regularly go home with a sore back and spend about 10% of my day pulling the back support back up. Serious design flaw. Do not buy this chair. It's a waste of time and will cost your company money in productivity.

Very comfortable for all day use!

Purchased one of these about 18 months ago and it's performing so well I just bought another. Really easy to assemble - can put together in less than 10 minutes. And really comfortable - even after sitting in it for hours. Would highly recommend. Great value product.

Good chair but poor design

I bought this chair a few months ago and find it quite comfortable with a good set of adjustment features. However, the height adjustable back rest clearly has a design problem in that if you lean back a bit, it randomly drops to the lowest setting - quite often jarring my back. It doesn't seem to matter what height it is set to or if you lean on a particular angle, it's totally random. I'm six foot tall but well under the weight rating for this chair so its not me. Otherwise would be a 5 star.

Best office chair at this price point

I am very impressed with this chair! You are not going to be able to get a better chair at this price point as it is highly customisable. It takes a (quick) while to figure out how to adjust the seat height, angle and back height and angle but once that is done, the chair is so comfortable and makes you wonder why you subjected yourself to the uncomfortable chair(s) you had previously. Like everything, it pays to read the very clear instructions and understand the best set up for you. Highly recommend!

Extensive use, worth the price

I bought this chair a few years ago. I use this chair 12-15 hours every day between WFH and gaming. While its a fantastic chair for most of the years i have started to get a sore back with the mesh fabric back with no back support. You can adjust the height of the back easily enough but I will look for something to support the back a bit better than relying on mesh. Other than the backrest, the seat cushion is medium/ hard firmness but has lasted the many years and 12+ hours use per day. The lift to make it taller / shorter did go after a few years and ive noticed the chair will sink after a few hours/ days or if i have sat on it too quickly it will sink. For the price its a good chair but looking at the other ranges of this brand I would look at something with back support, personally.

Decent chair - back keeps dropping

Decent chair, and easy to assemble. I've had it for a few months now. the back support is great, but I do have some issues with it. The seat drops ever so slightly of its own accord when you're sitting on it. So the pneumatic pump looses some of its pressure I guess. But the biggest annoyance is that the back drops when you lean against it, which is super annoying. I'm in half a mind to get rid of this chair because of this.
